Sumter Landing has a beautiful Pool and Pavilion area which features a main 2,250 sq.ft. swimming pool with a depth of 3’ – 8’ and a seating area with jets. 

It also features a 144 sq.ft. Kiddie Swimming Pool with an overall depth of 1 foot. 

A beautiful covered pavilion is attached to the pool area, complete with private restrooms, charcoal grills, and picnic tables.  Children can enjoy playing in the gated playground which is attached to the Pool and Pavilion area.
